12" Bioposture BioMemoryFoam Mattress
BioMemoryFoam™ mattress has a 12" profile (thickness) for customers who prefer a thicker mattress. It provides the support and comfort that serious sleepers demand and that Chiropractors recommend. The top two layers are composed of over 4" of BioMemoryFoam™, the first plant-based memory foam made in the USA and a formulation available only from our manufacturing facility.
BioMemoryFoam™ is the most open-celled foam available. This guarantees a cool, comfortable sleep with none of the "canyoning" often associated with leading memory foam mattresses. This BioMemoryFoam™ mattress is not affected by ambient room temperature that often causes leading memory foam mattresses to be either too firm or too soft.

Product Description

BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ is a proprietary foam formula incorporating 100% natural plant-based oils, replacing a significant portion of the petro-chemicals that are present in all visco-elastic foam mattresses.
BioPosture™ foam is made without halogens, formaldehyde and latex.
BioMemoryFoam™ is “baked” in a “zero emissions chamber”, eliminating any by- product gases from being released into the atmosphere. This is the same foam used in all BioPosture™ pillows.
The finished “blocks” of BioMemoryFoam™ are transported 20 minutes to Corona, CA where they are cut to size and layered, using water-based adhesives.
Foam block trimmings are captured and reused as pre-consumer recycled material in the bottom support layer of each BioPosture™ mattress.
