Shipping Information
In
stock items which are ordered before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped to you the
same day. Orders are routinely shipped using UPS Ground Service. UPS Next
Day Air and Second Day Air services are also available upon request. Certain
large and heavy items require shipment by common carrier
Return Policy
K-Med
accepts returns and will refund you the original purchase price, less the
original shipping charges. Please call our office to arrange the return. All
returns must be in their original unopened package. Customized or personalized
orders may not be returned
Leasing
K-Med
offers several financing plans to accommodate any situation. We also offer
affordable leasing programs and will buyout existing leases when necessary.

Damaged Items
Upon
receipt of your purchase please examine your shipment for damage and content
accuracy. Damaged and shortage claims must be made within three (3) days of
receiving your shipment
